Skills Required:
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing the automation strategy and scripts for Win CE mobile device automation
• Team building capabilities
• Creation and implementation of Automation Strategies and Frameworks
• Ability to interact with Customer
• Perform the code review for the automation scripts
• Follow & drive metrics based management in automation team
• Work effectively with the project teams across all verticals
• Technical guidance and helping team members in resolving issues.
• Proactively raise any issues along with possible solutions that may impact the team’s ability to meet project time scales
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in the test/automation process.
Key Result areas:
• Schedule compliance
• Demonstrate effective management of risks
• Estimation accuracy
• Reliable test scripts
• Successful test reviews
• Pass internal audits
• Strong relationships with the PAT team across all verticals
• Innovation culture drive
Person Specification:
• Graduation in BE / MCA
• With 5-7 years of experience in software testing with at least 1-2 years as lead and at least 1 year automation experience
• Good Knowledge in programming languages - C#, VB, VC++, .Net
• Experience of using test automation tools – TestPartner/TestComplete/
• Motivated individual who wants a career in test automation
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to think logically and intuitively
• Experience in some or all of the following would be an advantage
o Certification in Test automation tools
o Experience on scripting languages – Perl/Python.
o Certification in software testing will be added advantage
Experience : 5 to 7 yrs
Work Location : Bangalore.
